In this day and age where businesses should go above and beyond their normal level of service due to COVID-19 and its impact on said businesses - this place is a disgrace. The customer service is non-existent, the waitresses are more interested in their cell phones than customers. The level of arrogance is astounding. The place has absolutely no ambiance. The decor is uninspired and looks like something from the late 80’s without being on purpose or ironic. This restaurant is several levels below a run of the mill Wimpy serving oily, undercooked food at steep prices. The manager is seated at the back of the restaurant taking up a table covered in a mess of paperwork and watches passively as staff members pathetically drone through the motions of serving customers in a dull and stultifying manner. During our visit the shop was so hot one could hardly breathe. When querying the waitress as to why the air conditioner wasn’t switched on she pointed to an extractor fan in the kitchen claiming that is enough airflow needed in the...

Quality is very consistent and has even improved greatly over the years. It's because of the same consistent staff working there. Coffee is good! The 6 pack pancakes are affordable, good and always a favourite. A quick treat to share among family. Anything with chicken in is amazing! They really know how to make tender & tasty chicken. Chicken salad, chicken wrap, chicken burger... never dry! Halloumi salad and Melody on rye also extremely good.

They make their own juices and I really appreciate that they don't remove all the good for you fibers. My toddler absolutely loves the carrot & orange juice. Easy way to get some nutrients in without complaints! Not just a 100% fruit sugary juice...

The absolute best best best! I’m so happy we found this place. Now we have our new regular spot to stop at when in Knysna. Their place at the waterfront is stunning, it’s so nice to get a seat either inside where it’s cosy and warm and welcoming or outside where you can look at the boats. The service is excellent and the food is amazing. What I really enjoyed was the price for value. At the waterfront, sometimes things can feel unaffordable and this place manages to merge excellent food and service with very fair prices. The food we had was the best we’ve had at a restaurant in a while and the hot chocolate and orange juice were perfection. Can’t wait...
