Last night we had the absolute pleasure of having our dinner at Nando’s Suncoast - it was rather late - we ordered a burger meal and chicken strips and spicy rice. We were pleasantly greeted by Nomthandazo, who placed our order and we sat down and waited - it was just a little less than an hour to closing (11pm) Khumbulani, our waiter brought our meals to us and quickly offered to warm up my spicy rice when I complained that it was not hot enough. As soon as my husband saw his burger he realised his mistake in not ordering a double burger. Khumbulani took our order and Siyanda brought the second burger to our table and I decided to order a malva pudding. It was 10:57pm and I asked Nomthandazo if I still had time to order. She said there’s always time to order pudding 🤣 Everyone who served us this evening was friendly, polite and extremely generous of their time. I especially want yo mention that Phumla, the store manager was just as generous with her mood and attitude towards us. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for a very welcoming and wonderful team, led by Phumla, who knows how to be successful in great customer relations and service. People were still being served after their closing time and everyone received the same generous courtesy we were shown. We will be back team...

Absolutely horrible and pathetic service .. Let's not even talk about the horrible Food, To the owner, Firstly nandos is known for chicken but yourl didn't have chicken.. We had to buy other stuff.. It's the festive, you should know how busy it is, stock up so you don't loose business and have upset customers AND don't be selfish and overwork your staff, they are humans too, they literally couldn't move coz they are so over worked!!! During a busy period like this you should have a shift change, we asked the employees and they have been working without shift change and you still expect them to clean and leave after 1am!! They are human too.. The food was absolutely horrible BECAUSE it was not prepared properly due to exhausted staff!!! The place was absolutely filthy!!! Never will visit this nandos again but hope this post will atleast help the overworked...
