가족이 함께 경복궁 정도되는 네임벨류를 온다면... 보통 그만한 서비스를 예상하고 옵니다. 경복궁 타지점을 이용해보면 별 5개가 아니라 그 이상을 주더라도 아깝지 않다는 생각이 드는데... 이번 경복궁 서교점은 큰 실망을 했습니다. 보통 고기를 먹기전 가볍게 한잔하면서 먹으려고 시키는 (가장 빨리 나올 수 있는) 육회가 모든 식사가 끝난 뒤에 나온 것. (중간 중간에 언제 나오는지 물어봤지만... 계속 나온다고만 하고 결국 마지막에서야 나온 메뉴...) 서빙 인원이 부족하면 이정도 되는 음식점이라면 예약테이블을 받지 않았어야 하는데 벨을 눌러도 함흥차사인 직원들... 같은 간판을 달고 있어도 매장에 따라 서비스가 천차만별이라면 브랜드의 명성에 흠이 가지...
