A cozy café in a quiet, charming neighborhood of Seoul — the perfect stop before visiting the nearby museums. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, ideal for enjoying breakfast at a relaxed pace.
We ordered a soy cappuccino and hibiscus tea. Both drinks were excellent: rich yet light, pairing beautifully with the food.
The first dish — whole wheat bread with avocado, poached egg, smoked salmon, capers, and basil pesto — offered a wonderful play of flavors. The creaminess of the avocado enhanced the softness of the egg, while the delicate saltiness of the salmon was balanced by the tangy capers. The basil pesto added a fresh herbal note, and the crisp cassava chips gave the plate a satisfying crunch.
The second dish — brioche and baguette toast with scrambled eggs, avocado, mozzarella, and tomato — felt equally well-balanced. The two sauces were the highlight: the tomato spicy sauce brought a gentle kick, while the mayo-basil sauce added creamy freshness. Combined with the herbs, young greens, and pickles, every bite was vibrant and harmonious.
Altogether, it was a delicious and well-rounded breakfast. We’ll definitely come back to try more dishes...
Read moreAnalog Garden was a place I found doing a deep search on the local list of brunch and coffee places via the Naver App. Upon entering I knew it would be wonderful, and the food, atmosphere, and service did not disappoint!
I ordered the Couscous Mountain which is toast on rye with a poached egg, spicy tomato and peppers, couscous of course, micro greens, and I added avocado and bacon. Brunch is never complete without coffee, so I topped it off with a vanilla oat latte to start my day.
Everything was divine, including the coffee and I was so happy !
The atmosphere is very calm and chill in the mornings. Music playing calmly in the background, the subtle sounds of the cafe staff working around you, and so much natural light from the windows in the front. Truly, a lovely experience.
If you’re close by or even if you’re not, this is a must stop for coffee or brunch or both will...
Read moreAmazing place to get brunch ! It was my second time visiting Analog Garden and I would love to visit again. The best menu for me was the Garden Brunch and Garden Eggs with Avocado. The eggs with melted cheese above the bread was just soooo good and filling. Try the Dirty Cream Chai along with your dish if you are in need of sweet! The atmosphere and interior at the cafe is also a thing to be recognized! If you are a fan of vintage stuff you would want to stay here longer. I loved the staff as well who were so friendly and checked on each table to see if everything’s well.
Definitely can recommend for those missing western taste after having enough rice and kimchi from Korea. But also would be perfect for those willing to have some nice brunch with a vintage vibe.
Thank you so much for this amazing taste and...
