One of the most famous and bizarre cuisines from Asia, that’s blowfish. Naturally very poisonous, they are prepared only by licensed cooks. Traditionally served as raw fish(sashimi) or steamed, but this place found a way to have them on barbecue. You could choose from marinated or simply salted version. You just need to wait until one if the staffs serve one piece into your dish in front of you. In addition, they have another delicacy - testis of blowfish. Silk white and extremely creamy, you gotta try this. $30 for each portion isn’t really accommodating price but definitely worth trying. I’m returning soon...
