Kandasoba Hongdae — Restaurant in Seoul

I am really enjoying soba noodles so we visited this restaurant where I ordered the 매운마제소바.

The bowl was full of glorious soba noodles, chives, green onion, seaweed, a raw egg, mince pork, crushed peanuts, seasoning and I had to get the extra 차슈 and egg to go along with it. This was the spicy version so it had to chili oil to add some extra heat.

After giving it a good mix and making sure everything was coated in all the delcious flavours I was ready to take my taste buds on a food journey. The overall taste of the dish was amazing and the mixture of all the flavours and textures elevated this bowl of noodles. There was the chewey texture from the noodles and a nice crunch from the peanuts along with the meat, onions and chives.

The raw egg combines all these together and the gooey and creamy egg top this bowl off along with the 차슈 which has a nice char...

I was here a few times now and so far they serve the best Ramen i have ever eaten. I always went there with friends and we have all also tried a few different dishes and we are all the same opinion, they are all awesome. If you get there you First have to Order your Food on a Panel insinde. After you Pay you will get a receipt with your Order number on it. You have to wait outside until the waiter calls you in again.
