This restaurant we visited specialized in preparing delicious pork knuckles, distinct from those served in other establishments. The dish was served warm with pleasant flavors that were not overly salty. Along with the pork knuckles, we also enjoyed a delightful dumpling soup that we could cook at our table and an assortment of side dishes. While the service and interior were acceptable, there is room for improvement overall. Nice and clean restaurant to enjoy pork knuckles (jokbal). They have many options for spiciness and fat content in the meat. Walked in cause I saw the Michelin Bib Gourmand logo. And the food was pretty good! If I'm not wrong the pig trotters are the star dish here but they were out so I ordered a pork belly version.
