So we came here in mid August when it was super humid and hot. The restaurant was small and had the AC that was barely working. There were not that many people dining in but the poor server was so busy (Iโm guess due to mostly take out orders) We had to wait a long time for the meal to be ready . The drinks were not cold either. Oh also, you have to use the kiosk to order so have your Google translator ready. It does offer English but it might come handy to have it ready regardless. We ordered two chicken sandwiches. The chicken patty was super crispy but the sandwich was weirdly sweet. If you are from the US, donโt expect these sandwiches to taste like Chick-fill-A or Popeyes because they put a ton of this very sweet mayo-y sauce which will surprise you. If you donโt mind that, you will like it. Koreans have a habit of turning western savory food into something sweet such as garlic bread, deli sandwiches and even pasta. So be ware. If you donโt mind the sweet taste in savory chicken sandwiches, you might like this place. Instead of dining in, I would recommending ordering in advance to pick up. I hope the server is getting paid a lot. That poor guy needed a break.
Oh also, this location is NOT accessible. And you wonโt have much vegetarian options....

We got the chicken sandwich with meatballs and spicy chicken sandwich. The meatballs was good not that spicy (it had one spicy icon next to it) but the spicy chicken was decent but not that spicy either (had two spicy icons).
The fries are amazing, they taste like Popeyes Cajun fries. So delicious.
When your order a set that comes with drink, make sure you choose your drink in the kiosk or else they will give you Pepsi. They had some other Korean soft drinks I wouldโve liked to try.
Also I ordered my sandwich with no onions and it still came with onions.
Great environment, they played KPOP music...

As soon as we arrived, we had an exceptionally rude cashier. When we were ready to order, she spoke to us in Korean and when we said "English?" in Korean she just ignored us. And when we said "any English" in English and she proceeded to smirk and answered in Korean "this is Korea". Our Korean is very limited but that we understood very clearly. She wasn't interested in serving us and didn't make any attempt to communicate with us. This confused me as the menu had English so I am baffled by the attitude of the cashier. This is by far the rudest customer service we have received while visiting...
