It's a very local , popular Kimchi gige hotpot restaurant full of local people even in hot summer time. When a foreigner especially solo one, will get eye attention mostly. They severed many different types of lettuces with palm size very healthy. Need to use these leaves with sliced garlic and koreansauce ‘Ssamjang’to wrap with port meat from hotpot. The hotpot is purely kimchi ,chopped pork belly & tofu. Don't open the pot cover until it's fully boiled, it will take about 20mins, the waitress will come to check it for you. English is not working here but they simply can get what you need.

Kimchee soup during lunch and pork/Kimchee soup during dinner. You will walk in and they ask how many people and they will give you a pot with Kimchee soup with the serving size for your group. It’s a huge serving size and lots of pork inside the soup. It’s 12,000 won per person for lunch. I believe it’s was 17,000 won for dinner. There is no menu and it’s not in English. Just be ready to say how many people in your group. The vegetables are plenty. If you want another plate it’s 5000 won. We really liked! The bathroom smells like the moth balls, but it’s super clean.

This is for dinner service review. Google translate/ papago translates to 18,000won per person but it's actually 18,000won per portion. Portion is 150g and minimum order is 2. So every portion of meat you add on will be 18,000won subsequently. They provide kimchi jiggae as a service for after you're done with your meats. They charged us for rice at 1,500won per bowl. Price broken down for travellers who are looking for an honest review with prices. Meat is so-so.. very strong porky taste, I think it's an acquired taste. To me, it is way too strong of a taste for samgyupsal. Kimchi jiggae isn't as good as what the reviews claim it to be. It's very basic. Removing this place on my to-go list.

We just accidentally bumped into this local restaurant but it turned out to be such a good travel experience. Local people gather here and you don’t have to choose what to order, since the owner immediately brings you a Kimchi-Chige, without asking any. They serve only this Kimchi-Chige. But this tastes really good, not too spicy but spicy enough. The lady next us ordered a Komutan (Korean noodle) instead of us, because we don’t speak Korean at all. Such a nice moment that we were helped by local customer and enjoy the homey cuisine.

walked into the alley and into this shop. saw locals dining on a Monday night. for dinner it's per pax order, combination of bbq and kimchi soup. lady boss saw that we looked lost and helped us get settled down, even helped us to cook! group a friendly Koreans next table was helping us watch our fire, even wanted to have a drink with us. food was really good, on the lady boss recommendations, put 2 kinds of leaves together, with rice, sauce, onion, pork and kimchi. the flavour explosion was so special. best meal of my trip!

I've been a frequent visitor for over 5 years, but so disappointed today. Tables and stew pots are very unhygienic, and the amount of ingredients used in stews has also been greatly reduced. The person who appears to be older man talks loudly while eating, so I was uncomfortable. It seems difficult to visit anymore. It was so tasteless that I just left it all. Please refer to this. Kimchi stew (12,000 won per person) is only available until 5 p.m. After that, only pork belly (18,000 won per person) is available.
