My boyfriend and I went to Restaurant Jueun and it was an unforgettable experience. This was the best dining experience we have ever had. The seating environment had a serene ambience - we enjoyed the accompanying virtual art exhibit (evocative of traditional Korean themes), beautiful flower arrangements, and subtle music in the background. We were served incredible cuisine on hand crafted, unique pottery pieces. Read moreToday's lunch was a very special experience, and I had an unforgettable meal at Jueun, a top-class Korean fine dining restaurant. The modern yet luxurious atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect for a date or to celebrate a special day. The date was printed on the menu, which gave a very detailed impression. In particular, the chef's special course stood out with its delicate plating and fresh seasonal ingredients for each menu. The Japchae was truly exquisite. It broke the stereotype of existing Japchae and was a traditional Korean Japchae without noodles, and the sesame oil flavor was more than enough to stimulate the appetite. The friendly service of the staff was also impressive. The alcohol was also recommended through pairing with the food, and it went well together. If you want a special experience for a special day, I highly recommend it.
