Sulbing Café offers a wide variety of dessert options, and it was honestly hard to choose because everything looked so good. I went with one of their mango cheesecake bingsu, and as someone from the Philippines—where we’re known for having some of the best mangoes—I was genuinely impressed. The mangoes they used were fresh, sweet, and vibrant, which made the dessert really stand out.

The café has plenty of seating, and despite being a popular dessert spot, the atmosphere was surprisingly calm and quiet—perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. It’s also very accessible and conveniently located near a lot of shops, so it’s a great place to stop by and cool down after walking around the area.

One of the best sulbing dessert I ever had. This is definitely worth visiting. I’m a big dessert fan so this was a daily visit. Tried the green tea version. Melon version as per picture and also the chocolate version and their best seller. I thought the choc. churros was really crispy and airy combined and dipped with the choc sauce it was superb.
