Located in the vibrant streets of Seoul Jongno area lies a hidden gem that beckons visitors to indulge in its serene ambiance. This enchanting tea house offers a delightful journey into the world of natural herbal drinks, where you can savor the myriad benefits of carefully crafted brews. The air is infused with inviting aromas that awaken the senses, making every visit a feast for the olfactory senses.

Beyond the soothing teas, this charming establishment also features an array of healthy traditional snacks, perfect for complementing your beverage of choice. The experience is further enhanced by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the traditional house, complete with a heated floor that adds a touch of cozy luxury to your visit. This is truly a destination that should not be missed when exploring the cultural...

I have been visiting here since 2015. Visitors should note this spot was here for years, before ANY of the commercial madness decended on the adjacent alleys. Unfortunately itโ€™s under new ownership and attention to detail has slipped considerably ; upon arrival the front of house person barked me to โ€œSITโ€ Like a was a dog, when in fact to order you need to go to the counter to order. Was the opposite of a gracious welcoming. Later I observed her both coughing and sneezing and making no attempt to Cover her nose. So rude. Lastly the medicinal tea I ordered was not warm Enough and was off in flavor compared to previous visits. While I had great respect for this establishment, I will not be returning: the high volume of customers as turned the new owners greedy and they have lost the...

3rd/4th time I'm here while in Seoul. Brought my friends here too on my 2nd visit to Seoul. Love the chill and relax atmosphere/vibes that it gives. The hot soothing teas are perfect on a cold day and it comes with the perfect pairing of traditional Korea treats. All of the teas have English explanations on the ailments it can help to alleviate/or what it is good for. They have floor sitting and also regular table & chairs. The Ahjummas that run the place are very friendly and inviting. If they see you're a foreigner and don't know how to eat/pair some of the stuff they'll happily explain and...

Visiting a tea house was a must do while you are in Korea too. This tea house is so cute and we got a spot straight away. We could also hear a neighbouring group visiting this place as part of a tour and that is usually always a good sign. The atmosphere was so calming and they even had a little garden in the middle of the cafe. We tried the pine blossom vinegar tea which was tart and packs a punch. My favourite was the wild persimmon leaf tea which was subtle and calming. Very nice tea house and we were very happy to have chanced upon it.

A cosy tea house that hosts a selection of different tea, from herbal to flavoured to the original green tea! ๐Ÿต we decided to drop in as we had a fair share of sweet treats so far and thought this would be a good pit stop to clear out some sweets and oil too. ๐Ÿซ– the tea were decent - though expensive at 7,000 and upwards a cup, we were able to experience somewhat of a tea house in Korea and enjoy some unique tea The friendly staff and also toilet definitely helped too ๐Ÿ˜… will recommend to drop by for some tea to cleanse your palette!

Nice little cafe in ikseondong hanok village for traditional Korean desserts and herbal tea! A very interesting concept with aesthetic interior design, very traditional. Service was fast and good too. Went the unconventional route and opted for a herbal tea - was slightly bitter but was offset by the yummy nuts and goji berries on top. Would recommend if you are looking to try something a little different from the other cafes in the vicinity.
