The worst food I’ve had in the whole ten days I’ve been here. We waited an hour and a half for our starters to come for them to miss a portion of mussels which they didn’t even apologise for. We then ordered the carbonara which came freezing cold and the pasta wasn’t even cooked and freezing cold. The pizza came and wasn’t even what we had asked for and the pepperoni was just placed on the top last minute. We also had other family who ordered the steak which was meant to be cooked well done but was practically still raw in the middle. Once this had all happed we just wanted to pay the bill and get out they then had the audacity to add on a service charge for bad food and rude staff. Not one of the best places we have eaten whilst in Tenerife. I had the chicken ceasar salad. The menu lists it with parmesan, it certainly wasn't it was that rubber like cheese, pointless tasteless cheese. I'm not convinced it was the correct dressing, it was thin and watery, not at all like ceasar dressing. My partner had three course option at €15.95. The mushroom starter was lovely. His main , sirloin steak was Good, and that came with chips and rice. Dessert was disappointing ( that's if you can get anyone's attention to order. We came to this restaurant because nearly all the ones we wanted to go were fully booked. But this one turned out to be surprisingly good!! I rated it 4 only cos the soup I order was too salty but the staff was so nice, and explained normally they won’t put too much salt because of the old clients. I highly recommend the mixed seafood paella. It was TOO GOOD!!! The portion for one person is also very generous, I wished I could finish all really.
