Very poor service

I saw the sign BELGISH EEATCAFE and since I have eaten Belgian waffles in Belgium several times and I love them, I decided to visit the cafe. I am disabled and my wife and I approached the cafe. There were customers at about 4 tables, about 5 tables had the sign Reserve and there were another 5-6 empty tables. We sat at a table that did not have this sign. As soon as we sat down, a male staff member of Asian origin quickly walked towards us. I was happy that they would serve us so quickly but to my disappointment, without asking us what we would like to eat, this person told us that this table was occupied (I am sure there was no Reserve sign) and showed us to move to a neighboring table that had not even been cleaned by the previous customers. After I politely explained that I am disabled and have difficulty moving and that I complied with the restaurant's requirements to sit at an empty table that does not have a Reserve sign, the male staff member insisted that my wife and I move to the dirty table. We got up and before leaving after such poor service, we politely explained that this is not how customers are greeted and served, but the male staff member told me not to teach him how to do business, he knew how to do business. I am sure that this is not the owner and I am outraged by this rude service from this staff member. Please take measures so that this does not happen to other customers again. Personally, I will not visit your restaurant again, no matter how much I love...

You can't be so unfriendly to the clientes! Unbelievable! I was here couple of times before and it was more or less ok. If it's possible I try to visit restaurants few times before to write a review. So today the woman who called herself the owner was so arrogant and rude to me that I hardly ever come to eat here again and won't recommend this place. If she is the owner and has no idea how to treat customers then it's bad news for her business. it's a very big competition between restaurants here.

Later I read reviews and found other complaints on the service. Looks like before I was lucky not to meet the owner personally. It is better to hire nice waiters then scare away customers with your rudeness. But I am not sure that someone wants to work with such an...

Tried it out since it was close to the beach, was excited initially but left disappointed. My boyfriend got one of the meal deals with the orange juice and it was so tiny, you can see a photo of it in my hand the cup was super small and only lasted a few sips. His sandwich just tasted normal. I got the omega 3 bowl but honestly I thought it tasted kind of gross, there was very little toppings compared to the amount of smoothie.
