My son and I tried Oriental Garden by accident as the other sushi places were extremely busy. We were sat down by a lovely lady who was greeting and seating everyone who came in. The guy who took our order was very rude and no customer service at all, which we saw when he interacted with other customers also. One table questioned their bill and he never said a word to them, just took the bill and walked off! The lady who brought us our sushi, cleared our plates and brought us the bill was absolutely lovely. We both had sushi and it was great, really enjoyed it. I think we must have waited about 30-40 minutes but it was worth it. That sushi would get 5* My son enjoyed it so much we went again the next evening. This was quite a different experience...every single staff member we encountered was extremely rude, and had no customer etiquette at all. This was 5.30pm and we were the ONLY people there for at least 45 minutes. It took ages for someone to appear so we could ask to sit down and the woman who we did ask appeared outside and then shot inside again, I had to shout and ask if they were open and if we could sit down. Our wait for our food was definitely too long considering we were the ONLY people in the restaurant, even if we did order sushi, with no back log surely this doesn't take an age to make! Such a shame as the food was lovely. But the waiter and waitresses were definitely rubbish and could do with serious lessons in customer service. ESPECIALLY when the tips covered in the charged bill already.

I came here about 3 weeks previous of my visit today and it was absolutely 5 stars. Food and service were excellent at a reasonable price for the area. That’s why I was excited to return today, foolishly. Upon being seated in the empty restaurant we ordered some soft drinks. As they were being dropped to the table, my boyfriend was looking at the sushi section of the menu (which he was very excited about ordering). The waiter passively said that they didn’t have sushi, without apology. Had we known this before ordering drinks we would have left however we decided to stay as we didn’t want to pay €6 for coke zeros and then have to do the same some place else. The problem arose with our mains. We ordered 2 Phad Kee Maos with extra spice. Exactly what I got last time. Today the mains came out and frankly blew our heads off with spice, rendering them inedible. I understand that we asked for extra spice as we are fans of a kick, but these dishes were so spicy that they could not be consumed by even the greatest of spice lovers, our waiter also never came to ask if everything was ok as we would have raised the issue with him, if we had been given the opportunity. My Phad Kee Mao also had a large quantity of sea weed on top of it, which I hated as I have an aversion to seafood. I’m really disappointed as this place was 10/10 the first time we came but sadly, we won’t be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oriental Garden, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing meal! From the moment we walked in, it was a wonderful evening. The teppanyaki experience was truly remarkable, with each dish cooked to perfection right in front of us. The flavours were vibrant, and the presentation was fun. We started with three delectable starters, each one more delicious than the last. The main meals were equally impressive, showcasing the skill and artistry of the chefs. Service was another highlight of our visit. Every staff member was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs throughout the evening. In terms of value, we spent €100, which included a generous tip. This covered three starters/sides, three main meals, three alcoholic drinks, and two soft drinks. Considering the quality of the food and service, it felt like a fantastic deal. Overall, I highly recommend Oriental Garden for anyone looking for an exceptional teppanyaki experience. We left with full bellies and happy hearts, and wishing we had tried sooner.

On arriving the place looked tired and 3/4 empty, were shown to our seat at a table, ordered drinks and they came quite fast , then ordered food... Starters were quite good and thought the mains were going to be also ..... then.... Was brought the wrong food to our table as it was sizzling we didn't touch it then waitress apologised and took them away . The mains finally turned up and looked very dull in colour which you wouldn't expect with fresh vegetables. My self ordered a spicy medium to hot dish and it was as spicy as soy sauce , wife ordered a low to medium spiced curry and it absolutely blew her head off, mega spicy. After a while we were surrounded by 3 tables of heavy smokers which isn't nice when eating but we put up with it. Next wife came back from toilets saying there were no running water or soap at the hand basin... I commented to 2 waitresses and they just smiled and said we know. I think there should of been a notice on the door or made alternative access to washing hands or even at worst some hand sanitizer!!! Did eat our mains probably 35% and that was a push , very bland in flavour and not pleasing to the eye... We asked 4 waitresses for the bill this was over 20mins of waiting then finally grabbing the attention of another showing frustration we were able to pay. On way out and down the stairs the street canvaser was all happy saying goodbye etc so I told her that the service was a joke for a place that was very quiet , service should of been sharp as, food was poor, Also mentioned about the toilet situation and yet another grin and said i know why don't you go back up and complain to manager. By then we were done with the lack lustre respect they have for customers and just went. I would strongly not recommend this place ,probably the worst experience I've had from a restaurant in a long while . There is obviously a good reason why at 8.30 pm the.place is empty , should of seen the...

I frequently dine at this restaurant, which offers a delightful array of authentic Thai dishes prepared with exquisite flair 😋.

My numerous visits to Thailand have equipped me to vouch for the authenticity and traditional essence of their culinary offerings. While the restaurant also presents a decent selection of sushi 🍣, those with a penchant exclusively for sushi might find more specialized options elsewhere in Tenerife.

However, for enthusiasts of Thai cuisine, this spot is highly recommended 🌟.

The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, complemented by courteous and accommodating staff 👥.

The menu is available in multiple languages 🌍, ensuring accessibility for a diverse clientele, with a fair price point of approximately 20 euros per person 💶.

For an enhanced dining experience, I suggest engaging with the chef's special service 👨‍🍳. By request, you can have the chef prepare your selected menu right before your eyes, starting from 40 euros per person.

There's a variety of menus to choose from, including meat or fish options—booking in advance is advisable 📖.

The convenience of an underground parking facility 🚗 ensures that you can park with ease, take the elevator up to the restaurant level, and enjoy your dining experience without the hassle of searching for parking or walking long distances. With parking fees being quite reasonable, at around 2 euros, it's a small price for significant...
