Tony Roma's — Restaurant in Arona

Absolutely disgraceful! Food and service was shockingly bad. We arrived and was waiting ages before we got served, then when we finally got served we were waiting about 20 minutes just for our drinks which arrived all flat. And when the food came they forgot chips off of one of the meals, I even found a long hair in my burger! The chicken in the burger didn't taste like real chicken and we were unable to finish because how awful it was. After the meal we asked for the bill and waited 10/15 minutes for it to arrive and when it did it came to 50 euros, absolutely disgraceful! We paid and they wouldn't collect the money so had to ask multiple times for them to take it away. At this point we were all wanting to leave as soon as possible And our change still hadn't arrived after 20 minutes so had to ask for the bill, he said yes and went to get our change and when he came back gave our change to the wrong table. Absolutely disgraceful, the staff had no idea what they were doing and were running about everywhere and the place wasn't even that busy. At the end we got no apology for the disgraceful service at all and I can gladly say I will not be returning...

6 of us went for meal here, very happy with the meal, and service to begin with. After the meal one of the ladies suddenly felt hot so her and her husband went outside for some fresh air whilst the rest of us finished our drinks and paid the bill. She then came back into restaurant as she needed the toilet, the front man went to grab her arm and shouted at her that this is not a public toilet, her husband stopped him from grabbing her arm and said that we had eaten in there, but he continued to shout saying they were disrespecting the restaurant, my friend pointed out that they had been sitting on the back table with us and that we had spent over €200 but the front man wasn't interested and walked away. When the rest of us came out our friend tried to call the front man back over to prove that they had indeed eaten in restaurant but he just walked away and would not come back. My friends have emailed restaurant 3 times and had no reply, disgraceful. It has certainly put us off going again as they disrespected us, treating customers so badly and not listening to him when he tried to explain and not apologizing or answering...

Myself and 4 other family members went here for an evening meal on day 1 of our holiday . The wait for service was unacceptable as the restaurant wasn't that busy (think there was 4 table's with people at them but there seemed to be plenty of staff around so couldn't understand the delay for service . When they finally got around to taking our food order we then had to wait quite a while again .. (we were there almost an hour now ) and then eventually the food arrived.. Well what a let down from any other Tony Roma's restaurant we've ate in .. The food was very poor . Our Nachos were cold and the cheese melted but solid .. the father in law's fish was obviously frozen and not thawed properly as it was still in a raw state in the middle .. the mother in laws burger meal came out with no dressing or sauce on it so she settled for just a sachet of mayo. Maybe this was just a one off or a bit of an off night for the restaurant but this made our mind up not to go back...
