17 lounge bar — Restaurant in Barcelona

They dislike foreigners, we wanted to play pool and there was a table free and asked if we could have that, the bartender told us that there are people in line waiting for their time and we would have to wait 3 hours. After some time (1h approximately) we came back and it was still free and asked again if we could play, that same guy told us that there are people here are waiting since hours to play at that table. After we went out, a couple went in and they asked for the pool table and just started playing. The couple was neither waiting in line as we saw them before in the city, nor have they reserved because the bartender told us we can not reserve the table. I wanted to cause a scene but man, is not worth it. Being a city that has over 14 million tourists every year and basically lives from tourism, I would rethink how you approach the people that keep this beautiful city alive. All I wanted to do is play some billiard with my loved one, and now it is midnight and I am writing a comment that you are probably going to delete because it attacks...

Look.. the place is great and all and had some good time. But one of the bartenders was very very annoying and very rude. Almost racist and would’ve walked out but me and friends were checking on our pool table booking. We booked a table and he said 30 minutes. Then again I asked after 10 minutes he said more 20 mins. When I went after 20 minutes to ask he just shouted and said man don’t come to ask me every 5 minutes. What kind of behaviour it is for a bartender to whom we are actually paying and customer care should be his primary focus. Just take service from another guy or person but not him. The ambiance is very good, i love their music / playlist! Kinda dark tho. But its part of a billiard atmosphere.

The service was allright, same goes for all the equipment.

the lady was cleaning which is good, but she was cleaning in the middle of my playing-time with my friend & it kept me off guard..

It felt kinda disrespectful/rude? I know she had to clean but… cant she do that when she closes or even before she opens? Why does she cleans around the billiard table when im playing?

The variation of drinks are good, i just looked up their menu. Didn’t knew they sold carrot cake. Definitely will come...
