For the past four years, 9Reinas Gourmet has been my go-to spot for both lunch and dinner, offering a serene environment where my husband and I can savor delicious meat dishes in peace. The intimate seating arrangement creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal without any distractions.

I have always been enamored with the concept, food quality, and ambiance of this place, consistently rating it five stars in my book. However, a recent experience during yesterday's reservation has left me feeling concerned about the direction the restaurant is heading in.

While I remain a loyal customer despite this incident, I feel compelled to address the issue regarding the behavior of certain staff members, which has tarnished the otherwise stellar reputation of 9Reinas Gourmet. Specifically, the attitude displayed by a particular service lady towards me was disappointing and unacceptable.

During my recent visit, this staff member seemed to question my choice of language when ordering, implying that I had made a mistake by using “pollo’ instead of “pocho”. Furthermore, her slow service only exacerbated the negative impression, and to top it off, I found a hair in my purée.

As someone who has frequented this establishment for years, I feel obliged to bring this matter to the attention of the management. While I understand the importance of embracing diversity in a multicultural city, it is imperative that all staff members treat customers with respect and professionalism regardless of cultural backgrounds.

I sincerely hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and ensure that the quality of service at 9Reinas Gourmet remains consistent with the high standards that have kept me coming back for so many years. As a loyal patron, I am optimistic that these concerns will be addressed promptly, allowing me to continue enjoying the exceptional dining experience that 9Reinas Gourmet has...

The service was great, the indoor outdoor little terrace area is perfect if you want to feel like you are outdoors, but not breathing in car fumes. The picaña was good, but not extraordinary, which is unusual, since my experience at the other 9Reinas was up to what you expect from a place that specializes in Asado. They are a bit stingy with the side veggies (3 micro pieces of veg) and by serving the chorizo criollo thinly sliced, it looses its juiciness. Overall a good spot in the neighborhood, but maybe order the classic bife de chorizo instead...

SUPER DUPER!! valoro diferentes cosas: atencion de los empleados super espectacular (especialmente de una chica latina), incluso cuando nos vieron inseguros nos sirvieron diferentes vinos/cavas para elegir.

la comida espectacular!! (menos una de ellas) ordenamos entrecot de nebraska (sabor suave) y picaña de wagyu (sabor mas fuerte) riquisimos, y papas con queso gratinadas (nunca he probado papas mas buenas) y las papas 9reinas que fueron las que lamentablemente nos decepcionaron :(, tienen exceso de aceite, probablemente porque ponen los huevos fritos encima de las papas, los huevos se han cocinado con demasiado aceite definitivamente, no lo comimos y tampoco lo llevamos del restaurante.

Pedimos empanadas de entrante y el sorbette de limon de postre exquisito!!

NEGATIVOS: local un poquito pequeño, no se si tenia 2 plantas y no lo he visto, demasiado aceite en las papas 9reinas, NO TIENEN JUGOS NATURALES NI DE NINGUN TIPO, unicamente coca, fanta, alcoholes, agua, yo estoy embarazada asi que apenas toqué el vino, al final bebi solo agua, me habría gustado solo que incluyeran eso, Un meno un poco limitado, a pesar de estar buenisima la comida, habria que ampliar el menu en todo, tanto como carnes, ensaladas, entrantes postres y guarniciones (solo tienen papas y mas papas hechas en diferentes maneras)
