Unfortunately we’d agree with the previous review - this is one of the most disappointing Michelin starred restaurants we’ve experienced. From the start the lady at the door couldn’t be bother to put a smile nor to say welcome. After we said we didn’t have reservation, she told us it’s better to make one next time. She then led us in the restaurant which was completely empty, and throughout the evening there were only 3 more tables that were seated in the whole restaurant - a bad first impression to begin with.

Now the food, seriously, we were so disappointed, everything we ate was overly salted, I’ve been to Spain dozens of times and in different regions so I know this is not normal. The starters, the salads, the mains we had, everything was way too salty. As to the taste of food we couldn’t really say it was anything special, it was well cooked but the salt and excessive oil really took over the taste.

Thirdly we were surprised for a Michelin stared restaurant, no one, at any point came to ask us how was the food. The waitresses who brought the food were friendly but that was it, a more personal hello and how’s it going should be a basic for restaurant charging this amount.

All in all we can honestly say this is definitely way overrated, unfriendly and way too salty and oily food. We’ve had much better experience elsewhere in the city at a fraction...

This was an absolutely fabulous restaurant with an incredible selection of fish and unique dishes by Jordi. I really appreciated the very laid-back and mellow nature of the staff, it was not uptight at all but also was very becoming of a high-end restaurant. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the way that the dishes came out. They were perfectly portioned and perfectly timed. I was really happy with the fact that they accommodated my dietary restrictions around dairy and I didn't feel like I got any less of a delicious meal than my counterparts that were eating the regular prefix. Highly recommend for anyone coming here to come solo I came at 1:00 p.m. on a Monday but they booked out several days in advance so please get reservations ASAP It is absolutely worth it and was worth more than what I paid for it. It is a little bit pricey but for a 13-course meal it was at or below the price for the same quality in another country.

Shout out to the fact that they featured a lot of local catalonian dishes and vegetables and meats which I think is really important when looking for a place in Barcelona to eat to honestly the giving back to the people that are from here and honoring their local traditions and seasonal...

We were excited to eat here, although staff at our hotel had expressed admiration and surprise when we told him we had a reservation here. The amuse and snack course were delightful. But honestly the rest of the menu was too Catalan for my taste. The sea cucumber and pigs ear terrine, ugh no thank you. Over the course of this trip alone I had much better, more palatable versions of this duo. The zucchini flower was nice as well as the pork main, but nothing mind blowing. Desserts were nice too.

The only service failing was the introduction of the wine pairing late, and only after we asked about it. But that seemed to happen at several of the starred restaurants we visited on the trip. Vibe and ambiance were lovely, aside from silly looking outfits for the female staff.

Overall, we left bummed that we didn't like it more. Everyone else in the restaurant were Catalan, and seemed happy, so perhaps this is a matter of nostalgia and acquired taste we just...

I recently visited this 1-star restaurant and unfortunately experienced several service issues that detracted from the overall dining experience. To start, our order was incomplete, with one of our dishes and the bread service forgotten. Additionally, the staff failed to return my bag to me when we finished our meal, requiring us to go back to the restaurant to retrieve it. This was an incredibly frustrating and disorganized experience. While the food itself was fine, the lack of typical 1-star niceties like an amuse bouche or petit fours was noticeable. The serving staff also seemed disinterested in providing information about the menu items. Overall, the service problems were the main issue here. I would encourage the restaurant to focus on improving order accuracy, attentiveness of staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. With some refinements, this establishment could potentially provide a more enjoyable dining visit in the future

We went for their lunch for my mums birthday. First impression is the interior and the design which is impressive almost tending to be a bit quirky, but I see what they’re trying to do in regards to creating the resemblance to a fish. The party of four all went for the large tasting menu with wine pairing. After having started with the best cava I’ve tasted. What was a draw back and also the reason I’m giving four stars is, that the food was tasty, interesting and beautifully crafted and served, the lack of something crunchy or with a bit more texture and “bite” so to speak, was lacking. In other words the wood was too “soft” to our taste, which there was a concensus about. It was an interesting experience with loads of tastes and good service, but for a 5* review at this price point from my view, something at the food and the texture was missing.

We had a reservation, but it didn’t seem properly confirmed. It might have been partly our fault, but since they said they could serve us, we went in. After being seated, we waited 20–30 minutes without even getting menus, while guests who came in later were already enjoying wine and receiving theirs. If they didn’t have enough staff, it would’ve been better to just say so instead of letting us in. Most staff were trying to be nice, but one of them never made eye contact and felt dismissive, which was unpleasant. Service training seems necessary. The food was okay, though a few dishes were a bit fishy.
