Bubbolitas - Bubble Tea Bar - Barcelona Raval — Restaurant in Barcelona

Nice place to have a bubble tea and sit down at the terrace under the trees when it is hot. Unfortunately I have ordered 6 bubble teas, 2 of the orders where not as nice as times before, I remember a staff making Taro very tasty but this time it was lack of flavour. Nevertheless, we had caked from another shop, when we where almost done eating our cakes they warned us not to dine other food from other shops. Is very upsetting as I have spent a like good amount of money to be told off when we actually consuming part of their food. My suggestion is that if the customers are spending a good amount of money a small snack would be allowed to have it while drinking their drink because if not next time I will not come back and just have it for take away and sit to the next...

Staff ... amazing!! All so friendly and helpful. Thank you. Toilets on premises were very clean! Unfortunately, we did not like the bubble tea. Very disappointing 😭. Had classic black with milk and a brown sugar bubble tea, both with tapioca bubbles. Taste - I would have to say, apologies lovely staff - not authentic bubble tea. Strange taste, classic was watery, tea not strong enough. Taste just not right. Brown sugar was far too sweet and watery. It may be due to the tea, milk or sugar they use. Tapioca bubbles were okay, not great. Too sweet and a little too chewy. Atmosphere, lovely. Did I say the staff...

EN: The place is pretty, inside and outside. The bubble tea taste and ingredients are really good. I would have returned to this place, IF the staff was nicer. The girl with "light red" hair didn't even smile once, but she was nice to us anyway.

The other girl, the tall one with short dark hair, she is truly one of the rudest people I have ever met in food shops. I will NEVER come back to this shop. The service and friendliness of the staff is absolutely the most important thing to make the experience positive for customers.

ES: El lugar es bonito, dentro y fuera. El sabor del bubble tea y los ingredientes son realmente buenos. Habría vuelto a este lugar, SI el personal fuera más amable. La chica de pelo "rojo claro" no sonrió ni una sola vez, pero fue amable con nosotros de todas formas.

La otra chica, la alta con el pelo corto y oscuro, es realmente una de las personas más groseras que he conocido en las tiendas de alimentación. No volveré NUNCA a esta tienda. El servicio y la amabilidad del personal es absolutamente lo más importante para que la experiencia sea positiva para los clientes

IT: Il posto è bello, dentro e fuori. Il gusto del bubble tea e gli ingredienti sono davvero buoni. Sarei tornata in questo posto, SE il personale fosse stato più gentile. La ragazza con i capelli "rosso chiaro" non ha sorriso nemmeno una volta, ma è stata comunque gentile con noi.

L'altra ragazza, quella alta con i capelli corti e scuri, è davvero una delle persone più antipatiche e maleducate che abbia mai incontrato in un negozio di cibo. Non tornerò MAI più in questo negozio. Il servizio e la cordialità del personale sono in assoluto la cosa più importante per un'esperienza positiva...
