El Petit Celler Barcelona — Restaurant in Barcelona

While visiting family in Barcelona, I met up with a long time friend and colleague who lives in Barcelona that I hadn’t seen in almost 25 years. My friend is a true wine expert and he took me to Petit Celler Barcelona to sample some of the fine Spanish wines that he really enjoys. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the huge collection of wines that Petit Celler offers, and two staff members in particular were very attentive and helpful. Ksetvia and Paula answered all of our questions and made our experience truly enjoyable and memorable. We would like to thank them and acknowledge their efforts and incredible expertise and wine knowledge. El Petit Celler gets 5 stars!

TOTALMENTE DESASTROSO. Se realiza una compra de vino para un evento el dia 8 de Septiembre sobre las 14.30 horas como figura en los archivos adjuntos, ya que ellos en su Web anuncian un compromiso de reparto entre 24 y 72 horas máximo, y se confía en su seriedad, pues bien la mercancía no es entregada al trasportista hasta el día 12 pasadas las 16 horas, (como figura en el seguimiento de GLS), llegando el día 15, ya pasado el evento y con el perjuicio que esto causo de tener que buscar un plan B a toda prisa.

NO CONTESTAN NI EMAIL, NI TELEFONO, NI NADA. NO han sido capaces de ni siquiera disculparse, eso si nos manda un enlace para plantar un árbol en no se donde...
