Giovanni Cucurulla — Restaurant in Barcelona

Found this place when wandering about after dinner, looking for dessert (I don't pay 8EUR for a bit of creme caramel in a restaurant!)

Great selection of ice creams (plus other things like waffles & crepes) and really friendly staff - win!

Plenty of good ice cream options, and some crepe and waffle options. Had a good service multiple times, but last time, just now, the cups were not even 70% of a full cup. Buenas, los gofres están muy buenos, pero quería compartir una experiencia desagradable. Hace unos días fui después de mucho tiempo a pedir un gofre sólo, sin nada. Mientras lo pedía buscaba el precio y vi un cartel donde ponía 2.90. así que saque un billete de 5 euros para pagar. La chica me devolvió 1.50. es decir, como si el gofre sólo sin nada, costase 3.50. como había más gente decidí no darle vueltas, pensando que quizá le habían subido el precio etc.

El caso es que al día siguiente volvi e hice lo mismo, en este caso pague con tarjeta atendido por una mujer más mayor y el precio fue 2.90, el que marca el póster de la pared.

Estas cosas me molestan mucho, porque no creo que sean fortuitas. Puedo deciros el día y hora exactos, y hasta identificar a la chica que me dio mal el cambio, porque esta vez ha sido a mi y sólo 60 céntimos, pero cuanto será a lo largo del día? Dudo que sea algo fortuito. Volveré en un tiempo y pagaré en metálico, y como me devuelvan mal el cambio de nuevo llamaré a la policía. Por favor conciencien a sus empleados de no hacer estas malas prácticas. Es inmoral. Y al final siempre se descubre y se paga. Saludos y...
