I Don't really know how to express our disappointment. The place is absolutely beautiful, the sushi is tasty, nothing like real japanese sushi, but most restaurants don't make the real stuff... Anyway as a European sushi it is really nice. After that we ordered yakisoba for our daughter. What can I say? It was absolutely awful, I would've never thought a restaurant like this would serve something like that, it tasted like it was from the lowest food stool in a very bad children festival. It wasn't a children dish just a regular thing in the menu. I said to the waiter which wasn't the nicest to begin with that the dish is not good. He said he'll bring another one. At that point we really didn't want to have it, it was quite disgusting. I said we don't want another one like this. He took the dish away and asked if it was bad or that we didn't like it. We said we don't know if it's o.k, that we don't like it, that it is sour for some reason. When the bill came they didn't take it off and when asked the waiter said that if I don't like it they don't take it off the bill. Now I know that if everyone came in and didn't like something that would make a problem, but they didn't even tast it, I know because the dish was in front of me on the bar up until the time we left. We actually paid for a dish that we had to look at on a bar in front of us. If it was a small cheap restaurant I wouldn't have even said anything, but for twenty something euro per roll, I would definitely expect more, much more. We would go again because the place really is beautiful and the rest of the food was nice, but if that kind of service continues I will definitely not return and share my...

Was here as part of a corporate event for my organization. Was promised unlimited food and drink from 20-22:30, instead restaurant stopped serving before 21:40. and began charging for additional drinks.
More importantly the restaurant was very unprepared to handle our event and seemingly understaffed. Food was little and far between, a single platter would be brought out and would be gone in seconds. People would crowd around the kitchen doors waiting for a waiter to emerge, and when they did the food would be gone almost instantly. In the end most people left unsatisfied, with most people getting very little and some none at all - hardly a proper dinner!
It is important to note that the restaurant received €30 for every attendee (€15 paid by my organization and €15 out of pocket). What the vast majority received in return was a feeble effort at a dinner, vastly undersupplied for the size of group.
It is a shame because it looks like a decent place and what little food could be got was fairly nice. In short, the restaurant was only equipped to host an event with about 25% of...
Read moreI will start my review with the CONS, which will help to explain why I gave them 3 stars.
CONS:
-OVERPRICED. Food quality was good, but nothing you couldn’t find in any other sushi place for less money. When you spend 200€+ for 4 people (one main dish per person only) you expect and should get more. No reason whatsoever for such a high price.
-SMALL PORTIONS. I believe restaurants should charge according to the quality and portion size they offer. The portions we got were very small. I’ve been to other similar sushi restaurants in Barcelona (Mambo sushi / Monster sushi -just to name a few) and they do serve bigger portions without sacrificing their quality.
PROS:
-EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. We were welcomed and served by 2 Argentinian waitresses. They were patient, friendly and smiley. They delivered first-class customer service.
-FOOD VARIETY. If I’m not wrong, IKIBANA is a Japanese-Brazilian fusion restaurant. There’s plenty of options for all tastes. From fried rice with vegetables to wagyu or sushi.
-COCKTAILS. Many and delicious options in their menu. Canarinha was my...
