Magnificent! truly excellent pastries & desserts as well as food and ALL gluten free!! undoubtably the perfect place for anyone with gluten or and lactose intolerance looking for the most delicious treats of their lives all gluten free and utterly delicious so I could not recommend this place more if you are celiac of gluten& lactose intolerant as well..this place is second to none in that sense.. The customer service was indeed very kind .warm and helpful as well the owner a Master, Maître Pâtissier like the french say and the creator of all this goodies is also present checking that everything is baked beautifully a must go place in Barcelona with Take away as well as a Cafeteria option. surprisingly good place in my personal opinion! Absolutely fantastic gluten-free bakery, with several lactose-free options too. We were fortunate to be staying near Jansana and visited every morning during our 4-day stay and everything we bought was exceptional.

We enjoyed empanadas, pizza slices, chocolate-filled croissants, doughnuts, palmiers, filled rolls, and macaroons! It was such a treat to eat so much amazing coeliac-friendly food.

Despite the bakery always being busy, we found the staff to be really helpful and patient (especially given our lack of Spanish!). We bought food to takeaway, but there's also some seating at the back of the bakery for people to sit and eat.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I have celiac (no other sensitivities), and this is the best gluten free bakery by far that I have ever been in all of my travels. You will not miss the gluten!! The pastries are flaky and wonderful and the donuts are out of this world. Everything I have tried has blown me away. A couple people have complained about the price in the reviews, which really confuses/stuns me as I found it to be very inexpensive...the same type of pastries would be at least 3x the price in an American city, and they wouldn’t nearly as delicious or fresh.
