Deep Disappointment Regarding Lost Item and Unhelpful Staff

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration after a recent experience at your restaurant. I had dinner at your establishment and, unfortunately, I accidentally left behind a shopping bag that contained a brand-new shirt for my children.

When I realized the mistake and returned to collect the bag, I was met with a complete lack of cooperation from your staff. Not only did they refuse to assist me in searching for the item, but they also declined to check the security cameras — a simple request that could have helped resolve the situation.

This experience has been extremely upsetting, especially for my kids who were excited about their gift. Their disappointment was heartbreaking, and I am saddened that such a small act of kindness and professionalism could not be extended by your team.

Food is great but the portion sizes are small for what you pay for an entree ~19 euros. I have gotten more from takeout than I have at this spot for the same dishes.

The decor is incredible and the chairs are all padded with many pillows in the dining area. There is also another dining section in the back. The place is actually quite massive and can easily seat large parties.

Unfortunately, they allow hookah smoking in the general dining area where most everyone is seated. I was eating dinner and had two persons smoking hookah on either side of me seated after I had already arrived and started my meal. This made the air feel musty and was not pleasant or even expected. I love smoking hookah but do not want to be in the area during dinner and if I do not expect it. We wandered in off the streets on busy Friday evening tired and hungry. When the gentleman at the door said Indian and Lebanese food, we were all in. Waitstaff was very helpful and spoke English, making suggestions for our tastes. We love Mediterranean food, but this was the best we’ve had without question. I had the Pollo Tikka and my husband had the sampler with three meats. The jasmine rice was delicious as was the tabbouleh.

During our visit, there was a private wedding party, which was not a distraction to our service or food, but further enhanced the evening of people watching as the guests in their beautiful saris and henna tattoos came and went.

The cost was very reasonable even with two beers and so much food we couldn’t finish. Believe me, we tried! Highly recommend...
