Such a great store. Planning to walk the Via Alpina Green Trail next year so was looking for a good backpack that I could carry comfortably for long periods. The lady who advised me is an experienced backpacker and showed me how to properly adjust the pack, shared tips from her experiences and was overall super patient and helpful. They have special weights to put into the backpacks so you can test them weighted, so I tested the packs up and down the stairs and around the shop.

I probably spent an hour in the store going back and forth testing 3 different packs and never felt pressured or rushed. I did go at an off-peak day/time so weekends might be different.

I chose an Osprey Kyte in the end and felt confident with my purchase having had the time and opportunity to test all the options fully.

Just called the shop phone number listed in Google (934 813 096), and some male voice answered laughing and saying “Si quieres que le quitamos todo el dinero de la tarjeta bancaria, pulsa 3” and hung up the phone. I don’t know if the indicated phone number is wrong, or the shop staff has no shame, but no way I’m coming back to buy anything from this shop anymore.

My aunt and I went it to check their hiking shoes. We intended on buying one pair each. Both the girl and the boy working that day (Tuesday 5th of November) seemed extremely uninterested to help us out. After asking them to check for my size, she gave me a pair and then went somewhere.
