GAME Pau Claris — Local services in Barcelona

My 12 year old son went to the store (tree days ago) bought a game with the stick on it for 18years old. He of course open the plastic around it, brought it home, showed it to me. He never played with the game ..... I wanted to bring it back because HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY A GAME WHICH INDICATE THE MIN AGE OF 18. Went to the GAME store in Pau Claris today to return it and did not accept it. The problem is that the store did not accept a "open" game (just as max half price of original price) / after asking kindly about the responsability of the sellers he mentioned that the games are not part of "the protectores de los menores" ..... useless to get further in his explanations / IN MY OPINION they should ask people the ID before selling products like this or simply accept the full amount of the...

I purchased a ps5 from the store located in Carrer de Paul Claris, Barcelona and I wanted to get a tax return as I returned to my home country. I asked for the tax free document while purchasing the item. The sales person was friendly and helpful, he provided a document with title "factura de venta" (bill of sale). However, I found out at the airport that I needed another document titled "Tax Free Form" and I could not get my money back. I was informed that I had 3 months to receive the correct document and claim my tax return, however I can't find an email address for Game Stores Iberia, and the website (www . game . es) is down for whatever reason. So I can't reach customer support. Can someone from the company reach out to me and help me solve...

Although I ended up buying there a few nintendo things, it's not that big and the selection is not huge. But it wasn't bad. I just thought it would be better and larger.

But it has games and consoles and headphones and all of the regular stuff.

The staff was nice and helpful.

There was no wifi there. So that was disappointing.

Beyond that it was a nice place, found my switch case there, but had nothing to do there after 15 mins, where as normally I would hang out in such stores for hours....
