Lovely place but rude staff! They have a great selection of tea and the atmosphere is really nice with the sound of a little waterfall they have inside. However, the staff destroys the whole experience. I came with a friend and we wanted to sit in one of the sofas as we wanted to chill and read books there. The place was empty but the waitress told us it's for 4 people only. We understood, but we asked if we could sit there and then move to a table for 2, when bigger groups arrive. She gave us a sarcastic look and told us it will get busy quickly. We spent 2 hours there in the table for 2 and during these 2 hours, the sofa remained free, so there was literally no point of these nonsense rules and approach from her side. What a wonderful haven amidst the bustling crowds. Stop off for a cup of freshly brewed tea. With over 60 blends to choose from. They present you with a tray of long glass test tubes - all labelled and corked, it's great going through them all, having a little sniff and discussion about the individual tea blends and this is all before you order. Once selected, you inform the waitress and tea is served in tea pots with a large open tea bag, enough for at least two cups plus. Atmosphere was brilliant, art on the walls, lovely relaxing music. Selection of cakes and biscuits too. Look on their website for a price list of their massage and beauty treatments, we just walked by, but next time I'll definitely be booking...

I just go for the massages because they are always good, all the practitioners are very good professionals, the best in Barcelona in my experience. 5 stars for them.

But there is something that has to be improved to make the overall experience perfect to me: the noise coming from the cafe (people taking, laughing, moving chairs ...) bothers me a lot while at the massage.

The visitors and, most importantly the employees, need to understand and respect the energy of the place all the time. Employees must be of this type of energy themselves, so they take care of this naturally.

I know that this a cultural issue as people here speak loud, but you must find a way to control this is you offer this type of space....
