Onia Cafè — Restaurant in Barcelona

Cute little corner in Eixample serving good specialty coffee (Nomad), and with a range of sweet and savoury options. The staff is kind and lovely.

If you are in for a treat, come and ask for one of their toasts: even with a couple ingredients it will taste like heaven. Sometimes the simplest things (i.e. smashed avocado with tomato) reach excellence when the quality of the produce is the priority!

I visited here in 2019 and again this year. I’m happy to see how they’ve grown and incorporated a small terrace and more items. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The lattes are good and they even my hot chocolate for my son. The cheesecake was unbelievable light and fluffy, absolutely perfect. The chocolate chip cookie wasn’t what we were expecting but it was good to dip in the drinks - more like a biscuit than a cookie. The pan y tomate was great. Had breakfast every morning here while staying in Beautiful Barcelona 12-16 February 24. What a delightful little Café this is. Such lovely friendly staff.
