We were with 12 people and ordered some dishes to share in addition to a main dish for everyone. The to share food was not that bad but the pulled pork burger I had was terrible. It was very bland, had no sauce, had no pickles even though it said it would (it had unpickled cucumbers ???) and was very small. Most of us still left feeling hungry. One of us also got the chicken but sent it back because it was uncooked, while another one of us got chicken and had to wait about an hour for his to arrive (we had to ask 3 times and had finished all of our foods by the time it arrived). They also got our drinks wrong.

We ordered in groups of 4 to make it easier for the servers (so they wouldn't have to ask 12 people whose dish it was) but they just didn't remember for what group everything was. They constantly placed things on the wrong table.

To top it off the DJ was situated right next to our table and we couldn't hear each other. When we asked if the music could be turned down or maybe the speaker could face somewhere else they just said no it's somebody's birthday. They later measured the volume at 94db. Because of this communication with the servers was terrible and they constantly misunderstood us and having to find out who among 12 people ordered a dish...

La Textil is a nice place and it is really just getting started. They have spent a lot of time, money and effort to make a great restaurant and bar and it shows. It is a great atmosphere and It is getting better each time we go. The beers have always been solid, with some exceptions, but prior to the hiring of a new chef and baker, the pop-up foods were just okay. We went last Wednesday and it was great. All the beers were really good, the bread and the dishes we had were excellent: Sour dough, grain bred was to die for. I could eat a loaf myself. We had two items from the bar menu, the Tartar and the Col and both were outstanding. Veal tarter with mushrooms and chimichuri was colorful and flavorful. Their takes on these classics where excellent. The col (grilled napa cabbage) was served with a goat cheese cream and herb sauce that was very tasty. I would have liked more but my wife beat me to it while I was pining away on the quality beers. I will get my own order next time. If you try La Textil you will be a fan, it is really good. Organizers take photos with TWO bright flashes directly in your face all the time

When you enter the club you get quite a good feeling. Friendly people and they put a sticker on your camera (if you come from Berlin you know this is usually a good sign). The sound system is the best I have heard in Barcelona so far. Very friendly crowd of people, amazing music.

In general you would think one of the best clubs ever.

But then they attach two of the brightest flashes directed at the crow to take photos of the crowd and the DJs right next to the DJ booth.

Not for a short time. It does not stop. Every 10 seconds. Another picture.

Whenever you are about to enjoy the music a bright flash directly in your face totally destroys the atmosphere and ruins the experience.

Besides that photos without a flash would capture the atmosphere of the party much more accurately.

I have tried to ask the organizers to stop taking pictures with flash but the flash continued so we left early.
