Never go by evening, (edited after the reply) In the reply below they didn't tell me how to contact them to give them more feedback, I'll do it here publicly:

The quantity of quality of the meals and service during the evening is much worse:

Several main ingredients (like salmon) are not available, starting from 19.30 (they should close quite later then that) Some ingredients are definitely not fresh with a strange taste, maybe are not well conserved during the day They force you to eat in a plastic recipient, even more than 1 hour before the closing. It looks like they are not so motivated to work.

There is only one reason I didn’t put 1 star, and that is because of the service. The salmon was bad, the rice was very sticky, and there was barely any avocado. But when we came up to the restaurant, the person at the front didn’t speak English, but someone else came out, who spoke English. I ordered a custom poke bowl, and when it was ready, sat at my seat. I started eating it, then realized the salmon was bad. So I went up to the restaurant and told them, and they switched it out for chicken, and topped up all the ingredients. We came at 4pm, no one to welcome us. We started filling the form to create our Poke and only at the end when we were finished that the 3 persons working there came to us saying they are on a break for an hour. Not only they were eating in front of us but they waited for us to completely fill out the form when we were 2 meters away. Clearly a lack of good manners and education. And I’m sure Poke Si owner will find this clearly out of the good...
