As the owners just answers to my friend's review with a template, I am copy pasting it as I was there with her and this is exactly what happened.

I really love this restaurant but, after a few times going there, I realized with my full disappointment that they don't like to have "non-chinese" customers. Like, for real, they ignore you in a way that you feel in front of a clear act of racism. After 30min waiting for someone to take the note and seeing other "different kind of customers" being attended before us despite our repetitive attempts to order some food, we simply left. This is unbelievable for a city...

The worst service you could expect. A place soaked in heavy oily smoke.. the corridor has piles of dirty dishes. We ordered two dishes recommended on their wall. Had to wait 30mins without having anything to eat. When asking how much longer it takes to get our food, they blame us for not knowing that these dishes usually long.. and not using our eyes to see that they have many customers so of course we deserve this unjustified waiting time. When telling them that at least they could have informed us the long waiting time for these two dishes, 3 of them continued to blame us and saying: because u didn’t call to reserve your dish, of course it takes long. And we should have known that these dishes take long. It is our fault... no one apologized at all... never coming back to...

I have to say something as a Chinese I have eaten a lot both in Chinese restaurants and western restaurants. The ’bad’ attitude of service, no smile and eye contact are culture differences. In China only top end restaurants service includes smile and eye contact. In such a low-middle level place, efficiency is more important. And the service is fast here for me every time. There is no such a restaurant has everything tasty. But this restaurant has good reputation between Chinese living here though the food can’t be compared to it in China, sometimes is not their fault, can because of lacking of good ingredients and adapted to local tastes...
