T4 BUBBLE TEA BCN — Restaurant in Barcelona

Ok I really need to leave this low rating so that you finally fix what is broken!

Actually T4 is my most favorite and the best Taiwanese milk tea place in Barcelona and I have already spent over 100 euro here. However, in the last 2 times I encountered problems of improper sealing of the cups! First time was in May 2024 when my friends and I ordered 5 cups via delivery and 3 of them arrived all leaking! We were left to deal with the delivery platform to try to get refunds and I was not happy.

Today September 2024 I went to purchase in-store. I ordered fried chicken thighs which was super tasty and I put the unopened milk tea cup in my bag. When I got home I opened my bag and found that the milk tea has leaked again and this time stained my bag!!!

Please fix this problem or you really lose me as a customer. As an Asian, I’ve bought a hundred cups of milk tea in my lifetime and this is the only brand that has given me leaking cups. It’s ridiculous to be stingy on such an essential thing for the...

A cool little spot tucked away in a touristy area! I really enjoyed having a drink and a snack here. I love all of the customization options for the drinks. It really makes a big difference being able to choose the sweetness, amount of ice, amount of boba, etc. There are lots of different flavors to choose from, too! I ordered bobs with taro, and my only note is that it tasted like there was actual taro in the drink instead of taro flavor (like chunky potato in the tea), which I wasn’t expecting but wasn’t a deal breaker. I randomly stumbled upon this establishment last week and was craving a milk tea with tapioca. The lady at the counter, I believe her name was Jessica, was super friendly and spoke flawless English. She made me feel comfortable and tried to help me when my card payment didn’t work. Give that girl a well deserved raise! The store itself is clean and is very welcoming.
