NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! THEY’RE SCAMMING PEOPLE! First of all, the restaurant staff are not hygienic at all. While I was paying my bill, I saw the chef spreading minced meat on the dough with his bare hands, without using gloves. Additionally, the chef wasn’t wearing a hairnet either.

As for the prices — it’s NEVER worth what you pay. I ordered Beyti Kebab from the menu for about fifteen euros. In the photo that they showed in the menu, there were at least ten (maybe even more) slices of Beyti Kebab, yogurt in the middle of the plate, and rice on the side. But what they served us (mind you, on a dessert plate) was ONLY SIX slices of Beyti Kebab. Also, unlike what was shown in the menu photo, there WASN’T EVEN ANY RICE.

When I explained the situation to the staff, they didn’t care. They said normally Beyti Kebab isn’t served with rice. When I told them in that case they should renew the photo on the menu, they ignored me again. Another customer had the same complaint, and no matter how many times they called for the staff, they were also ignored.

In short, what we ate was nothing like what was shown in the menu. What we paid wasn’t worth it at all. This restaurant completely fails when it comes to business ethics. They deceive their customers. I hope they renew the menu photos as soon as possible, or start serving exactly what customers order. Also, please, they need to be much more careful about hygiene. Using hairnets and...

First of all, I should say that nobody speaks Turkish here. However, you can find all the typical dishes you’d expect at an average kebapçı in Türkiye. By kebap, I don’t mean döner, but things like Adana, tavuk şiş, kuzu pirzola, İskender, beyti, etc. They also have handmade dough dishes like lahmacun and pide.

We ordered lahmacun (€6.90), Mixed Grill (€22.90), İskender (€14.90), one ayran (€2.50), and two teas (€4). I liked the lahmacun dough—it was crispy and tasty. But the topping could have been better. The tomato paste taste was too strong, and I couldn’t really taste the meat. The Mixed Grill was average. It was supposed to come with bulgur rice, but they served it with basmati rice instead. The best parts were the chicken wings and meat chunks—they were juicy, soft, and delicious. The lamb chop was a bit tough, and the chicken breast and kofta were dry. Next time, I’d just order the chicken wings.

The İskender was a bit below average. It’s nice that they use real meat instead of minced meat, but it was also a bit hard to chew. Again, the tomato paste taste was too strong and should’ve been more balanced and fluid.

The tea wasn’t regular Turkish tea, but the kind called kaçak çay in Türkiye, which is more common in the east, around Azerbaijan, Iraq, Iran, etc. I don’t think it was worth €2.

Overall, I’d give it a 7/10. The tables and bathroom were clean. The ladies serving were friendly...

During my recent visit to this restaurant, I experienced an issue that reflected a lack of professionalism in customer service, despite the overall good quality of the food.

Shortly after placing our order, approximately four minutes later, we requested to change one of the meals. The staff informed us that this was not possible, claiming the dish was already being prepared and they asked to pay the highest price dish & take another one. However, I personally observed the entrecôte coming from the freezer five minutes later, which suggests that the explanation given was not accurate. Despite our polite request and the short time frame, we were obliged to pay for the meal we tried to modify.

Additionally, the service time was quite long. We received our meals about 30 minutes later, even though there were only four tables occupied in the restaurant at that time. This delay, combined with the lack of flexibility and transparency, left a disappointing impression.

On a positive note, the food quality was good overall. However, the customer service experience did not meet professional standards. I believe that with better communication, honesty, and a more client-oriented approach, this restaurant could greatly improve its service and customer...

visted barcelona for three days, went to this place an hour before they closed. staff is nice and welcoming, they didn’t have enough doner beef for the iskender kebap i ordered so they mixed it with chicken and it still tasted really good, though i’d prefer they chill a bit with the sauce. the food was really good, i wish they place was a little nicer, it’s a shame they don’t have any outdoor seating. great turkish food :)
