I don't usually post reviews, but when I do, it's because the place left a positive impression on me. And this place is no exception. I went to Spain for the 1st time for a 10 day vacation. I found this spot and let me say this. I went back 2 more times, meaning i spent 3 nights there! Why? Well to me service is the #1 factor of anywhere i go and wow, the staff here, from the girl in front letting us in... ($10 entrance fee very much worth it btw).. the the staff inside. They were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel at home. One of the managers, Miriam was amazing!! She helped us out so much and rememebered our names and drink orders. Oh... and as for karaoke.... AMAZING!!! You get a full size stage with great sounding equipment and PYRO AND DIGITAL EFFECTS!!!! And yeah, props, from fun hats to prop guitars and a HUGE selection of music. And to add to that, the beautiful ladies there could all sing too!!!!!! And even sing with you if you just ask =). Overall there isn't much I could say about this place that is it going to be absolutely positive. Best karaoke bar hands down if you are in Barcelona. Just go. Very bad experience. We came, were told off for making noise before we entered when we weren't even being very loud. When in, the bar staff were rude and very grumpy. In spite of this, we did enjoy it and sang some songs. We then were accosted by the bar staff who were quite threatening and aggressive claiming we had left a bad review. We had not. I asked that even if we had (which we hadn't) what accosting us and shouting at us would have achieved? They responded we would never be allowed back if so and kept accusing us saying it was us and saying the picture was clearly us when it was not and would not accept it had not been us to leave the review. All in all utterly ridiculous and after that we didn't want to stay and wanted to leave so ruined the rest of the evening. Very disappointing and just totally bizarre behaviour to be honest. Would...
