Cafe Rich Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Benidorm

Cafe from Hell!!!!! My Wife, myself, & my Wife’s elderly Grandad all went for a meal here, Myself & My Wife ordered a pizza, my Pizza was nice as I like it to be over cooked, however my Wife’s pizza was over cooked which my Wife wasn’t very impressed with, my Wife’s Grandad ordered paella which was mostly under cooked, considering we had been looking for somewhere to eat for a fair while & we was hungry he ate the little part which was cooked but left the part which was under cooked, my Wife politely made the waitress aware the paella was under cooked but she never offered any discount, we asked for the bill at the end of the meal and asked to speak to the Manager who never had the decency to come over to us to discuss, we refused to pay 6 euros (we paid half the price for the paella) they flagged down the police, we asked if any of the officers spoke English of which none of them did, we was basically penalised for our nationality, how racist!!! We was ordered to pay the extra 6 euros, how disgraceful to say the least, safe to say we shall never...

Not the best place nor ice creams. I don't understand how a big company like this, making profits all year long, asks its own customers to pay to sit on a table. The hot weather of Benidorm melts the ice cream fast and honestly I'd rather have my ice cream melted on a table than on my feet. The bueno ice cream tastes like paper 😐. What a find right on the sea front but not sea front prices. Loraina served us she was so happy and attentive so we’re the rest of the staff. The breakfast was the best I have had in Benidorm and we only passed by luck. The food was hot quality and very tasty. I’m fussy to say the least but this was fantastic and the coffee was perfect.
