We checked the review on Google and decided to go there. Our first visit was on Friday, they told us it was full for the rest of day so we got kicked out. In addition, the restaurant is closed during the weekend. So we went back on Monday at 12 sharp. They told us the kitchen would not open until 1 pm. Then we waited and walked around the old town and went back at 1:30. We were being shouted by the old woman in Spanish. She possibly thinks if she yelled at us with loud voice we could understand her Spanish. As you can tell by other people's bad review, regardless of the food, they have no spirit of service. They were so impolite to the customers. It's a miracle that they have such a high rating in Google and TripAdvisor, which made me wonder if they bought those review with money. Anyway, if you don't mind being yelled by a stranger, feel free to visit this restaurant. Lastly, there are plenty of better choices in Bilbao, don't just stuck...

Dentro del menú hay platos que tienen suplemento, De primero pedimos puerros confitados 7 € de suplemento y sopa de ajo (sirvieron en cazuela de barro al probarla venía fría pedi que me la calentara)sin suplemento, aunque a la hora de cobrar la sopa de ajo me ponía de suplemento 5 € se lo comenté y me hicieron un ticket nuevo. De segundo hígado encebollado sin suplemento, y bacalao gourmet pil pil, en carta 14 € de suplemento, anotaron 15 € , descontaron 1 € en segundo ticket, postres caseros bizcocho de naranja estaba bien, el flan de café, textura buena aunque no sabía apenas a café. La atención de entrada bien, y cuando comentamos los errores en el precio pusieron disculpas ilogicas, diciendo que la sopa de ajo era de bacalao, cuando en el menú solo ponía sopa de ajo y no tenía suplemento ó el que ha escrito la carta lo ha puesto mal.
