It was so fun to watch Spain play Morrocco on the big screen, while sipping an orange gin and tonic, and then enjoy listening to a Spanish singing group. Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Pedimos dos cócteles de autor y, además de tardar más de 30 minutos en servirnos, estaban muy cargados. Solicitamos que los rebajaran y la solución resultó ser peor. Nefastos ambos. No se podían ni beber de lo malo que sabían. Nuevamente se le comunicó al que parecía ser el encargado del local y, ante su incredulidad, le animamos a que él lo pruebe amablemente y verifique nuestra opinión. Su respuesta fue "es cuestión de gustos". Nos retira los cócteles y pedimos unos cafés. Más de 10 minutos después, una camarera nos indica que ya no sirven café a esa hora. A los 5 minutos nos vuelven a decir que sí sirven café y que ya salen. Esperamos de nuevo 5 minutos y nos traen "solo" el café y minutos más tarde la leche. Se vuelve a acercar el encargado y, con prepotencia e ironía, nos dice que si los cafés están buenos porque han salido así de la máquina, que no ha habido intervención humana. Se le contesta, con buenas palabras, que los cócteles no estaban en condiciones y, nuevamente, su respuesta arrogante y de poca humildad, quedó de manifiesto. TRATO PÉSIMO POR PARTE DEL ENCARGADO Y NADA RECOMENDABLE. Más vale la pena...

I've seen this bar have various encarnations over the last 30 years. I'm sure there will be another encarnation soon enough. Service was slow and it was difficult to get the attention of the serving staff. Hopefully things will improve. I wish the staff well, I think they need to be more organised .
