En la puerta pone el horario de 10:00 - 00:00 horas y no le interesa servirnos. Nos indica que, si queremos pedir, sería solo dentro. Le rebatimos que, por horario, no especifica en la puerta que a partir de las 22:00 horas no sirven fuera, pero el de muy malas formas indica que si quiero seguir consumiendo sería dentro, sino que me vaya a otro sitio. A lo que le pedimos que nos informe de donde pone que no se puede servir a partir de las 22:00 fuera no nos dice nada y llama al siguiente grupo de detrás nuestra ignorando nuestra consulta. Le pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y se niega a facilitarla. Nos parece una gran falta de respeto sobre su trato hacia nosotros, ya que llevamos en el local muchísimas rondas y consumo. Tampoco quiere servir comida fuera, por lo que pensamos que era por solo bebida y es cuando nos ha llamado la atención su comportamiento... El camarero que, tampoco quiere decirnos su nombre, ha faltado el respeto a mí y a mí pareja. Hemos visto que a otro consumidor si le ha dejado sacar las consumiciones y aún así se niega a facilitar una hoja de reclamaciones. Procedemos a llamar a los nacionales ante una falta de respeto. Venimos mucho a este establecimiento y es la primera vez que vemos a esta persona y la verdad que ha sido una muy mala experiencia.

It’s located on a street with a very pleasant ambiance. It’s a reasonable option for a quick snack and drinks with friends. In terms of service quality, I find it fairly decent compared to other branches. During one of our visits, while sitting inside, we witnessed a young man trying to steal something from a girl’s bag at the table next to us. We warned them and managed to prevent it. It’s best to stay alert!

Great on a budget, €1 on a Wednesday and Sunday. I have a huge sweet tooth so of course had to try the Bueno sandwich and the cookies and cream sandwich as well as the salmon. Great place for cheap eats and drinks. They are a chain and there must be at least 15 in Madrid. There are five taps on the bar offering two lagers ,one non-alcoholic beer, lager with lemon, looks like wheat beer and draught wine. Half a litre of lager is €1..50. the wine is about the same price. The Tapas ranges from very small rolls to salads €1 to €3.50 ,.,.bargain ah!!!. You can order your food and drinks at the bar. You are asked for your name and the kitchen calls is out, when your food is ready. It's often easier for the staff ,if you use a Spanish name I was...

The bartender on the 27th of September in the evening was very rude. She first refused to give me no ice and after I asked again for no ice, she aggressively threw the ice out of my glass and slammed it onto the bar. I asked her why she did that and she started yelling at me in Spanish. Also we came here because it said online that its open until 00.00, but at 23:15 they stopped serving drinks. This happened before as well. They dont know any customer service, don’t stick to their advertised opening times and apparently don’t value customer satisfaction. Very...
