The live music was good, but the one barmaid was horrible and ruined the whole experience. 2 mins after I bought my drink, someone bumped into me and my glass broke, cutting my finger. I went to the bar, showing my broken glass with the drink still full and a bleeding finger and explained what happened. The women didn't give a damn and just poured the drink that was from the broken glass into another one, WITH THE BROKEN GLASS STILL IN THE DRINK!!! I said to her that there's broken glass in it and her reply was 'what do you want then?!'. I mean what kind of irresponsible bar is that??? Thankfully I then talked to the barman and he eventually gave me another drinks - without shards of glass in it!! But still, I got attitude from the barmaid still after and that ruined my evening and I decided to just leave before I get even more infuriated. She needs to get sacked for something so...

Review based on a Thursday jam session. I came around 1130pm and was able to squeeze through the crowd to sign up as bass player for around 8 songs. I got called up twice and things wrapped up around 1am. Every single person who got called up to play, played super well. The crowd was incredible and lively, singing along to every single song. This was super different to other jam bars I've been to where sometimes the crowd is dead or people aren't particularly good at their instruments. Somos 4 amigas habitues de Thundercat. El pasado sábado 24, hemos vivenciado por primera vez la agresión física y verbal del llamado "encargado" del establecimiento. Cuando me entero que algo no anda bien, veo a esta persona diciendole a mi amiga "Eres imbécil, eres tonta", a lo que intervengo preguntandole: Por qué la estás insultando asì?. Su respuesta se limitó a decir: No quiero que esté aquí. Es ahí cuando le respondo que las que no queremos estar ahí somos nosotros y decidimos irnos. No contentas con esta escena, nos dirigimos al personal que estaba en la puerta para contarle qué fue lo que sucedió. Cronológicamente, los hechos se dieron así, el lugar estaba petado como siempre, tocaba una banda buenísima y nosotras estabamos disfrutando del show. Éste encargado, da un fuerte golpe por detrás a mi amiga y le dice de mala manera "Muevete", a lo que mi amiga le dice "ok me muevo pero no me des un golpe", eso provocó una reacción anormal y poco esperada que es la que relato al comienzo de este comentario.

Quiero hacer énfasis que cuando se le pide a esta persona argumentos de por qué reaccionó con tal maltrato, no supo responder, o si, diciendo que "no le gustaba la cara de mi amiga".

Nos entristece mucho que haya sucedido esto en lo que para nosotras es nuestra segunda casa en la noche de Madrid, no vamos a permitir la violencia gratuita de una persona que tendría que velar por la seguridad de los clientes. Esperamos que se tomen cartas sobre el asunto y que pronto esta persona no esté más en un sitio tan bueno como Thundercat. Por lo pronto, nos negamos a regresar a un espacio que no es seguro para las que queremos disfrutar la...
