Modern Coffee shop located in Barrio Salamanca Madrid. The staff was really friendly and quick with our coffees and food. A very aesthetic with a bit of a bohemian theme. The coffees were “The Fix” brand which uses Guatemalan products. I hope in the future they will have a gluten free option for their food but I did loveee my coffee! Ice Dirty Chai: really good and nice presentation but a bit to much milk (normal in Madrid) but i would get it again Cafe con leche: my friends drink also would have asked for less milk Double Espresso: great coffee strength, good size, sweet aftertaste Pan con tomate: my friend loved it and the olive oil was delicious and beautiful

During my visit to Ambu Coffee in Madrid, I was genuinely impressed. They freeze single doses of coffee and grind them fresh to order — a detail that shows just how much they care about consistency and flavour. I tried a Colombian natural brewed with the Orea method, and it was outstanding: juicy, vibrant, with bold fruity notes and great clarity. A cup that stays in your memory. Ambu is definitely one of those cafés where precision meets passion. Can’t wait to go back.

Ice Dirty Chai: really good and nice presentation but a bit to much milk (normal in Madrid) but i would get it again

AVOID! EUR 10 for a very mediocre pour over (for which I waited 15 minutes because the barista had to look up the recipe from her phone).

The place itself is quite nice - with all the top of the line equipment (La Marzocco, EK43 grinder) and coffees (Fried Hats etc .), though the staff lacks the knowledge and attitude to provide a good experience. Feels like they're doing you a favour to bring you an overpriced coffee (only the lady at the counter with black hair was welcoming - we went on a Saturday late afternoon).

I'm not a barista, but as someone who is quite obsessed with speciality coffee this place was a major...
