Easily one of the best places we have been eating in Madrid. At their price-point, quality and quantity is hard to match, and the overall design of the place is funky, colorful, welcoming, surprisingly cozy and not smelling of fried oil. I tend to avoid absolutes, but my half-mexican girlfriend is convinced they make the best hamburger in the city. So yeah, a great place.

Excellent burgers, great quality product. Service is quick and easy. Can't really ask for more. I recommend this place so everyone can experience Venezuelan street food as good as back home. Burgers are huge and there's plenty of toppings and sauces to choose from. Ambiance is also cool in a basement but we'll decorated, with music and cool graffiti.

Delicious food and even better service. Came in tonight and was served by an awesome guy from Venezuela. He was so fun and lovely to order from, made the place fun and didn’t make fun of our terrible Spanish. Came from Australia and recommend others coming over from there give this a visit

Will only give one start to the decoration and location other than, unknown why is so popular in ticktock when you can find better places than this, overpriced and customer service lack of service.

I will recomend 100 times more Brutal 51 than this, they don't offer menus and the food is not cheap and quality is not good either. I left terrible with my experience I found a hair in my food and when I communicated this to the waitress did not receive a direct apologise, I had to go to their kitchen to express my experience and only said sorry, was expecting a better customer services and maybe offer me something else or a voucher.

This place lacks of customer service, lacks of food variety and the food no nice, disgusted to find a HAIR in my hot dog. TERRIBLE WONT COME BACK. STAY AWAY.

They only have visits because they do collaborations with people but that doesn't mean they serve quality of food. Do your research a defo stay...

When we talked with the server he told us that they didn’t forgot our order, and that everything was ok, but some people that had arrived after us got their food first. After one hour we said we were going to leave and we wanted our money back, but hardly we would get it. We took the food home, and it wasn’t bad, but the wait...
