The food is fantastic and I was lucky enough to find a table last time, cause there is really no place where to sit if there are more than 6 people and there is no way how to eat the pancake by walk (no bench outside either). Maybe you can eat the cheese cake on the go, the pancake would just fall on the ground because it is too soft and you can't just grab it like a crepe because it would smash, so getting a pair of additional tables and seats seems really necessary. I think the image of the shop is really nice, the quality of the food too, but the pancakes are a little bit expensive because they are airy so it feels like you didn't eat much. But if you want to eat it at any cost from time to time, it's not so tragic. Maybe something that will damage the shop in the long run is it's opening hours. I wanted to go there already 4 times but I have found it open only once. It opens too late (3 pm) and I think that if it opened around 11.00 am it would profit a lot more. I am a bit discouraged to go there because of that, which is why I stopped going. I think, if you have a good business, you should invest into it all you can, but if you just want to keep it afloat it might go under...

Worst souffle pancakes. Totally overhyped. It's hard to decide what the worst part of this was: the exceptionally long wait (20 minutes is normal for these types of pancakes. 40 minutes IS NOT), too many people crammed into a small space, lack of seating, incredibly rude staff, raw egg, bland toppings, high price, zero quality control.

I ended up throwing mine out after one bite when the inside was raw and the whole thing just tasted way too eggy slathering in pure sugar. Very poorly made. Also, it's horrible to eat when standing/walking but that was the only option as there was no seating. Who eats pancakes while walking?! Terrible idea. Flavours were bland and just sugar. Ambience was bland too. Staff seem like they hate customers. I've had souffle pancakes in a many different countries and these are by far the worst!

Give this one a big pass. Just keep walking if you're nearby. It's not worth it.

I ended up just going across the road to the coffee shop and grabbing a way better pastry and coffee from...

An interesting product to try in Madrid. While the local is too small and the tables and chairs aren't really user friendly, the service and food were great. The sufu cake was fluffy and the yuzu cream / red fruits sauce an excellent filling to accompany it. I don't know what people expect when they say it tastes like eggs... Of course it is. This desert needs snowy eggs to create a mousse and the soufflé aspect. You can't put many ingredients in your sufu cake if you want to have the sponge texture. It is based on milk, non gluten flour and eggs... Maybe add more vanilla extract but they cannot do more. It is like crêpe mostly. The dessert itself doesn't have a strong flavor except if you add salty butter and...

If you don’t want to wait in line, don’t go on the weekends, & come right when they open (before or after siesta hours) & you’ll get a table and served right away. It’s so nice to be able to see them making the pancakes step by step. They are very meticulous and careful. They recommend the pancakes be eaten fresh, and not taken to-go. Lots of toppings to choose from and they’re all delicious. I have tried them all! But my favorites seem to be the yuzu & the crème brûlée. It’s true there are only about 6 chairs maybe total in there but that doesn’t matter unless, like I mentioned earlier, you go on weekends. So just try to simply avoid the crowd. They also have delicious boba, that’s very nicely served in a glass bottle.
