We went here looking for callos. This was off of a simple google search.

Came in at around 5 and they were closed for siesta. Came back at 7 after walking around the area.

After coming back, we saw a tapas tour coming in. They came there for the croquettes and the vermut.

We ordered the boletos, sweetbreads, pulpo, and, of course, the callos. The server tried to help us out and said those should be enough since there was just 2 of us dining.

They give you free iberico with cheese and crispy pork belly for appetizers.

Every dish was a hit!

Boletos with egg and truffle felt very rustic, savory, delicious. Truffle was not overpowering, mushrooms were fresh.

Sweetbreads was our favorite out of the meal. It was like a step down from actual foie gras. Goes well with beer and wine.

The galician pulpo was the best one we had on our trip, and we had 3 of them beforehand.

And lastly the callos. At this point we’ve already hit a wall with all the food we had, servings were a good size per dish. It was rich, decadent, and perfectly cooked. It doesn’t have the offal aftertaste you get from tripw that’s ill prepared.

We had multiple beers and wines throughout the meal. The service was personally phenomenal. They checked on us constantly and made sure the food was as we expected.

We’re going back for...

The tapas are great, but the food is amazing!!The best pulpo a la parilla ive ever had. Their tomato and tuna/bonito is amazing. The tomatoes alone are damn near life changing. Honestly, this is top 3 in Madrid… maybe the world. Don't listen to these reviews talking bad and don’t just order the same tapas you’d eat anywhere… try the food! If you dont believe me, you can see them featured on Netflix (Somebody feed Phil) You’ll regret u missed it, if u do. We ate their twice in 3 days and cant wait to be back. Btw, Ribeye for two is insane. Raul, the best server/person you can ever meet, recommended everything we ate and he was spot on, every time.
