Unpleasant Experience - Would Not Recommend

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff made it clear they had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. They were dismissive, unfriendly, and seemed to be working with complete disdain for their job or the customers.

We ordered a simple dish—just some fries—and they never arrived. No apology, no explanation, just indifference. It felt like we were being ignored deliberately. The atmosphere was tense, and it was clear the staff were unhappy and unwilling to make any effort.

Not a good experience. Don't go there: the service is horrible. You order one thing they do a mistake a bring you more but because you don't know the size you don't notice it and then they tell you to pay for it and talk to you in a very rude manner telling you that you ate it so you pay it and they don't mind if the weather did a mistake and the fact that as a client you don't know how the food looks like for the first time there !!! The waiter who served us even said that we we lied (we were a family with a kid, honestly not a good manner to treat...

Terrible service. After our order was taken, a senior waiter spoke to us annoyed because he thought we should be ordering more food... We were surprised by how rude he was... is his salary linked to the number of cheesecakes we eat?

There were many empty tables, so we were not taking up space and stopping other customers from entering and ordering more if they wanted.

There are better La Bientirada's in Madrid with nicer staff, so I recommend...
