Brunchit — Restaurant in Madrid

Chose this place because of its high rating and at the end got a very disappointing experience. After patiently waiting 50 minutes after my order and multiple reminders to the waiters had to get up and cancel. All the time receiving the same response that “it is almost ready maybe 5 minutes max” for the third time caused me to walk out of a place for the first time in my life. From what I can tell also based on other tables average wait time to get your order is close to 1 hour if you are there between 11-12 on a weekday. Might be a good idea to change the chef as largely a breakfast menu is the easiest to cook wih most of the menu comprising of egg dishes and preparation times of 40+ minutes he is in over his depth. I had the most incredible brunch experience at Brunch It Las Letras in Madrid! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is welcoming, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Ulisse, my amazing waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of my meal was perfect.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. I had the omelette, which was cooked to perfection—light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Pair that with a delicious latte made with almond milk, and it was a match made in heaven. Every bite was a delight!
