The venue is so pretty, it's a very beautiful setting. I visited for my friend's birthday evening, and we had a table: some food and drinks. Hard to eat a proper sit down meal if you're planning to dance a little :) The food was simply mouthwatering, i was well impressed and would like to return for a dinner only to enjoy the food. The cheesecake deserves an award! The Dj was already playing when I arrived for c 9:30pm, the selection of the music was brilliant, he was obviously reading the room very well, and I also noticed very smart transitions between songs, which I truly enjoyed. The staff were very helpful, I must admit. I got a help in delivering a cocktail that was not on the menu, but i knew that my friend loved it. I appreciated attentive and creative service. Top!! My only comment for an idea/personal preference: If i was to manage this place, I'd keep the music lower while dinner is taking place, especially where people get tables under the speakers, the music was great but i was struggling to talk to/hear the people at my table. We were downstairs, so maybe upstairs the music is at a right level. I'd definitely return, especially for the food, but also for a good music that your legs just want to dance at. :) Thank you /...

beyond disappointing… i went last night to casa salesas with 2 friends and had the absolute worst experience i have ever had dining in madrid. the table we reserved was given to someone else and when we sat down after 15 minutes of waiting for another one, 3 different staff asked if we were sure we had a reservation. we sat in the downstairs bar area and had a massive group of people next to us while we were dining… the food was aswell brought out at different times and the music was extremely loud to be having a conversation. when we finished eating, one of the staff spilled a tray of drinks on our coats (never said sorry… we cleaned it up ourselves) and when we asked to move upstairs, we got a table and ordered some drinks… we were kicked out of the table and charged bread service which we never got and as a “sorry” for the inconveniences, they took off a bottle of water. the food is good, nothing amazing and the service is actually terrible which genuinely sucks because the restaurant has much potential. more than anything, it’s a nice place to...

Hello, today in a party of six we went for lunch to Casa Salesas. The food is great and the service is good. Unfortunately, the hostess (working in the afternoon of Sunday November 2) is uneducated and NOT EMPATHIC, nor clientele oriented. Firstly one of the ladies who was with our party arrived late and did not remembered under which name was our reservation, she was denied the entry until finally went in. When going away I personally spoke to this mistreating hostess about the incident telling her she should be more empathic… I got this incredible answer from her: “ I do not have to be neither empathic or client oriented”. I was very surprised with the answer. This personnel attitude at Casa Salesas only clouds the great food and atmosphere of the place. Casa Salesas, let me advice as a client… REMOVE this attitudes or even personnel that only make the first impression of your place...

Honestly a huge disappointment. Don’t go for the food. Go if you want a instagrammer/clubbing/tourist trap experience. Got placed by a crooked table right by the stairs of the entrance. People almost knocking our stuff over. More people are partying than eating (keep in mind we had the table from around 9.) Have to ask 4 different waiters to be moved, before it could happen. Angry and nonchalant personal. Tartare tasted like old meat. Bread was not homemade. Croquettes were mediocre at best. Patatas bravas was as at every other restaurant. People were dryhumping at the bar, or running around looking for their stuff because there was no wardrobe. We ate 50% of our food, payed and left within 30 minutes. So yeah, bad food, bad staff, relatively pricy (which wouldn’t have been a problem) and a very obnoxious crowd. If you hate service and food - but would like to do a TikTok-video you should go.

I am in LOVE with this place! The atmosphere is super cozy, the restaurant is ‘divided’ in two: the first floor being more of a bar space while the second a calmer dining area. The restaurants is very beautifully decorated. The food was truly amazing and super delicious. The bread they bring as a compliment is out of this world! Service was also great, the only thing is that they had forgotten to bring me my dessert but apart from that everything came relatively fast. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend it if you haven’t been!

This cocktail bar, located on the edge of Chueca, showcases several new cocktail flavors. They’re packed with flavor, but a bit on the small side. Finally, the food was fantastic, but it lacked some spice. The truffle risotto is definitely recommended, as is the grilled chicken. The vitello tonato was incredibly soft, but the sauce lacked a hint of anchovy. Furthermore, the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. For a fun night out with friends, this is perfect. Definitely recommended for a cocktail evening.
