Kyle greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional, guiding us through the various dishes with enthusiasm and providing perfect recommendations.

The food at Chun Li was outstanding, but Kyle’s service truly elevated the meal. He was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. He checked in at just the right moments, making sure we had everything we needed, but never interrupted our meal. His friendly attitude and genuine passion for the restaurant really stood out.

Kyle made our night special, and it’s clear that he takes pride in offering excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning to Chun Li, and I highly recommend asking for Kyle to make your experience even better. Five stars all the way!

点心 鼠 Dim sum Rat thoughts: Globalized dumpling restaurant with 4 branches in Madrid themed around Chun-Li from the Street Fighter game. They have takes on traditional dim sum and other very weird flavor profiles. 鼠 Rat wil leave the 'rebel burger' cheese burger gyoza for followers to try! 鼠 Rat has eaten dumpling here, many, many times. Standouts: Sea storm - Chun Li version of ha gow - steamed shrimp/prawn and corn dumpling. Served very small in a steamer of 10. Juicy and delicious on a good day, although the steam and freshness can be erratic. Royal black steamed shrimp/prawn and truffle dumpling. Excellent example of ink wrapper dumpling. Also served small in steamer of 10

Not so good: Cucumber salad, edamane and seaweed salad are very 'straight out of packet'

Chun Li Dumplings is an absolute gem! Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ramen was outstanding – perfectly cooked noodles in a rich, comforting broth that hit all the right notes. The shrimp tempura was light, crispy, and not greasy at all, with a freshness that really stood out. The chicken gyoza were some of the best I’ve had – juicy on the inside with a perfect golden sear on the outside. And the veggie takoyaki was such a pleasant surprise – savory, delicious, and packed with flavor in every bite.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Whether you’re craving dumplings, ramen, or small plates to share, Chun Li Dumplings is the perfect spot....
