Read moreWent looking for authentic cocido madrileno...Quiet street, lovely traditional restaurant serving exactly what we were looking for! Ramon, accompanied by two other servers, guided us through a dining journey unlike anything we three midwesterners have ever experienced! A perfectly matched wine, thin sliced ham and olives preceded our main course of Cocida. Ramon answered all of our questions and taught us how to best enjoy this marvelous dish! The delicious apple dessert, coffee and after dinner liqueur capped off a perfect meal! This great food and this wonderful staff came together in this restaurant to create a dining experience that we will never forget! Enjoying dinner at La Rayua is a “Must do” in Madrid! Gracias to all of the staff...And to Ramon, a special thank you for your kindness...
