DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!! Horrible experience! THEY REFUSE TO PROCESS THE RETURN OF THE ITEM AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU, STORE CREDIT IS THE ONLY OPTION. Once you enter the store, everyone rolls their eyes at you. Impossible to find a consultant because they all pretend they're busy running around, store is very small, makes it hard to try something on. I purchased a pair of sneakers on Saturday 16/03/2024 in a size 39. When buying the shoes, worker went downstairs to pack it for me, came back with the terminal, I made a payment via credit card and left. Worker never gave me any information about exchange or return of the item (today I was told by golden goose online support that store workers are obligated to tell you their policy in the moment of buying at item - that haven't happened to me in a store). When trying sneakers at home, I realized they're not comfortable - the back of the shoe is too low and it hurts your ankles, THE SHOES ARE NOT MADE FOR WALKING LONG DISTANCES COMFORTABLY. Tried to return the item on 23rd March 2024 and the same worker who sold me the shoes told me they don't do returns (only exchange or store credit) and that this info is printed in their store (never told that to me before) and available on the website. Website and customer support do not provide you with this info either because turns out each golden goose store has different return policy (a verbal one, not written anywhere on the website). Asked for a manager callback and worker evaluation - haven't received a callback or an email. Useless purchase, wasted money and time. Read moreExtremely disappointed by the customer service in this store. First, the store was very overcrowded making it hard to view the shoes as well as sit down comfortably to try them on. The layout of the store needs to be reviewed because as soon as more than two people are looking at the shoes, it is impossible to get through and enjoy an optimal shopping experience. Next, the sales assistants are unwelcoming and unfriendly. When entering, no one greats you at the door or asks if they can help you. You are left alone and need to look for the sales assistant to ask for your shoe size. The words 'please', 'thank you', 'your welcome', 'have a nice day' do not exist in their vocabulary. Instead, when paying you are asked in a very impolite and direct way 'go downstairs' to pick up your shoes. Then, the grand finale, when leaving you are left to unlock the door (using its key) by yourself as nobody helps you nor thanks you. As someone who has purchased Golden Goose's in other stores around the world, and who is an adorer of the brand, I was extremely disappointed and shocked by this horrendous customer service, especially at the price one pays for the shoes. In other stores the staff is always very helpful, polite and fun but this store is this exception. I will definitely not be recommending it nor visiting it any time soon, I would rather purchase my shoes online than return to this store. I hope Golden Goose takes care of this problem and perhaps re-trains their sales assistant so that their brand image is not...
Read moreI’ve been at this store multiple times in the past three years and had never had a problem with those working there until today.
I went in to ask something about a style I found online. First of all the two people near the entrance didn’t even greet as I walked in, and when I went to the woman to ask my question, she cut me twice when I was trying to speak. She began to explain that they don’t offer the same items in store and online, which is obvious with the grand majority of stores, I’m not stupid. Besides I wasn’t asking if the item was AT the store, she just assumed.
Anyway, never had a worker in that specific store be so incompetent and lacking selling skills. I’m not sure why these SA’s think they’re in a position to judge and look at customers up and down, they are the ones working on a Saturday anyways.
I’d go to the store in El Corte Ingles, just five minutes...
